Our collection of antique cutlery includes pieces from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. In their vast majority they are alpaca bathed in silver. The materials of the handle are varied, usually horn, malachite or metallic. This tells us in any case of the time in which we could locate these utensils. The same applies to knives with stainless steel sheet or other metals that are noticeable over time.
