The products sold by Bon Vent through www.bonvent.cat are exclusively for end consumers. Our e-commerce is aimed at end consumers only. The products sold by Bon Vent are articles related to hand crafted home accessories and personal accessories.<\/p>\n

CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE<\/b><\/p>\n

Bon Vent reserves the right to modify the range of products for sale on the website (including products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service-related conditions) at any time. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Gibraltar.<\/p>\n

Some of our articles, due to their characteristics or delicacy, may require special transport conditions. In this case, the article will clearly indicate the need to request a transport estimate according to the destination, leaving it outside the general shipping conditions indicated in this paragraph.<\/p>\n

Time of delivery<\/span>:<\/p>\n

Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: your Bon Vent purchase will arrive 3-5 working days after the purchase date, except on occasions such as Easter, Christmas and public holidays.<\/p>\n

Rest of the available countries: depending on the destination, orders will take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive except on occasions such as Barcelona public holidays or destination public holidays.<\/p>\n

Before confirming your order you will be informed about some shipping and delivery times, recent guideliens which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and by difficulties in delivering the goods.<\/p>\n

Transportation: Shipment of goods are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having finalized the customer’s address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. In case of shipping damage, the customer must be mentioned in the delivery note. The customer must take a picture and send it to info@bonvent.cat<\/p>\n

Claims for damage caused by the transport after 24 hours of receipt and delivery of goods will not be accepted. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will receive the delivery note.<\/p>\n

BUYER’S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

Bon Vent guarantees its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.<\/p>\n

As provided in Article 44, Law of Retail Trade, the buyer may return within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods in the same condition it was delivered. The seller, in turn, returns the amount of the order to the purchaser within 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise according to delivery note.<\/p>\n

Revocation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted.<\/p>\n

The return does not entail any penalty, but the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.<\/p>\n

Special orders managed by email do not accept changes or returns and the delivery time will be specified by the seller before making the payment.<\/p>\n

If a product was delivered by mistake by Bon Vent, which is different from that requested by the customer, it will be removed and the product will be given the correct product at no additional charge.<\/p>\n

The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Purchase, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity performed by Bon Vent.<\/p>\n

The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a shipping address where the order requested can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of default by the client of this obligation, Bon Vent shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested by the customer.<\/p>\n
