The products sold by Bon Vent are articles related to hand crafted home accessories and personal accessories.<\/p><p><strong>CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE<\/strong><\/p><p>Bon Vent reserves the right to modify the range of products for sale on the website (including products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service-related conditions) at any time. Bon Vent makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information on the website is as truthful and free from typographical errors as possible. In the event that such an error occurs, always unintentionally, it shall be corrected immediately. Once you have entered the destination of the purchase, the shipping cost will be confirmed before proceeding with the payment.<\/p><p>For purchases in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza) we offer free shipping on purchases over \u20ac 150.<\/p><p>We offer shipping to the following countries: Andorra, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.<\/p><p>If you do not find your country in the delivery options, please contact us at info@bonvent.cat and we will help you with your order.<br \/>We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Gibraltar or Formentera.<\/p><p>Rest of the available countries: depending on the destination, orders will take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive except on occasions such as Barcelona public holidays or destination public holidays.<\/p><p>Before confirming your order you will be informed about some shipping and delivery times, recent guideliens which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:<\/p><ul><li>Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and by difficulties in delivering the goods.<\/li><\/ul><p>Transportation: Shipment of goods are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having finalized the customer\u2019s address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. In case of shipping damage, the customer must be mentioned in the delivery note.
