Cashmere is the most valued of all textile fibres. Pieces woven with this fibre are extraordinarily soft.<\/p>\n

The great worldwide demand of cashmere is generating delicate situations in the producing countries due to the great increase of flocks of goats of this race and the corresponding erosion of the land because of over exploitation. Well aware of this situation, Teixidors manages the use of cashmere with the delicacy and respect this fibre deserves. It experiments with mixes with other noble fibres which complement the virtues of cashmere and with the composition 100% cashmere it develops extremely light weaves giving Teixidors cashmere its own personality and so by obtaining maximum softness and lightness with the minimum of fibre.<\/p>\n

On their traditional wooden looms, we create unique pieces using the highest quality raw materials, such as wool, cashmere, linen, silk and yak.<\/p>\n

Manual looms enable them to create deliciously imperfect borders on their pieces. A wool blanket becomes a work of art full of nuances, reflecting the individuality of each weaver.<\/p>\n

Their products – scarves, shawls, blankets, cushion covers, bedspreads, and more \u2013 don\u2019t require sophisticated finishing processes.
