What are the purchase conditions?

These general terms of business apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our virtual store, www.bonvent.cat (hereinafter Bon Vent).

Please read these Purchase Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing an order. If you disagree with any of the Purchase Terms or Privacy Policy, you should not place an order.

IDENTIFICATION

Bon Vent is a business unit owned by Cram Sabaters, S.L., with Fiscal Identification No. B62032354 and registered office at c/Girona, 6. Pral. 08010 Barcelona.  Customers can contact us by writing to the registered office, by emailing info@bonvent.cat or by calling (+34) 932 954 053.

The products sold by Bon Vent through www.bonvent.cat are exclusively for end consumers. Our e-commerce is aimed at end consumers only. The products sold by Bon Vent are articles related to hand crafted home accessories and personal accessories.

CONTENT AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE

Bon Vent reserves the right to modify the range of products for sale on the website (including products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service-related conditions) at any time. Bon Vent makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information on the website is as truthful and free from typographical errors as possible. In the event that such an error occurs, always unintentionally, it shall be corrected immediately. If a typographical error occurs in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase based on said error, Bon Vent shall notify the customer of said error and the customer shall have the right to cancel his or her purchase without any cost.

The Bon Vent website may, at times, show provisional information about certain products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer shall have the right to cancel his or her purchase without any cost.

To make a purchase, you can send us your order by the following means:

PRICES

Current prices contained in the website at the time of placing the order will apply.

The prices of products displayed on the website Bon Vent included the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

  • Payment via credit card or debit card. Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, JCB, UPI Card. The customer can choose to pay by credit card or debit card, so that the operation is confirmed at the time the order is placed.
  • Bizum
  • Payment by PayPal. Customers may choose payment through PayPal at the time of purchase, so that the operation is confirmed when the order is placed.
  • Payment by bank transfer: The customer must make a bank transfer for the total transaction to the account specified by the seller. A maximum period of seven working days is set to run from receipt of order to receive the amount. If after this period the transfer is not done effectively, the order will be canceled automatically and the contract shall be considered resolved. The customer must give the following transfer data:

-Invoice address if different from the shipping address, city, province and phone number

-Order number automatically assigned by the system to compete the process

-Report as transfered  Cram Sabaters, S.L.

Shipping charges, delivery and transportation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in the shopping cart. Once you have entered the destination of the purchase, the shipping cost will be confirmed before proceeding with the payment.

For purchases in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza) we offer free shipping on purchases over € 150.

We offer shipping to the following countries: Andorra, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.

If you do not find your country in the delivery options, please contact us at info@bonvent.cat and we will help you with your order.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Gibraltar or Formentera.

Rest of the available countries: depending on the destination, orders will take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive except on occasions such as Barcelona public holidays or destination public holidays.

Before confirming your order you will be informed about some shipping and delivery times, recent guideliens which apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:

  • Transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and by difficulties in delivering the goods.

Transportation: Shipment of goods are made daily, Monday through Friday and always after having finalized the customer’s address. The transport of the products will be stated in the order. In case of shipping damage, the customer must be mentioned in the delivery note. The customer must take a picture and send it to info@bonvent.cat

Claims for damage caused by the transport after 24 hours of receipt and delivery of goods will not be accepted. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer will receive the delivery note.

BUYER’S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

Bon Vent guarantees its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and at no cost if the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

As provided in Article 44, Law of Retail Trade, the buyer may return within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods in the same condition it was delivered. The seller, in turn, returns the amount of the order to the purchaser within 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise according to delivery note.

Revocation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted.

The return does not entail any penalty, but the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Special orders managed by email do not accept changes or returns and the delivery time will be specified by the seller before making the payment.

If a product was delivered by mistake by Bon Vent, which is different from that requested by the customer, it will be removed and the product will be given the correct product at no additional charge.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The client agrees to provide to Bon Vent at all times, truthgul information about the data requested in purchase forms.

The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Purchase, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity performed by Bon Vent.

The customer agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a shipping address where the order requested can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods (from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00). In case of default by the client of this obligation, Bon Vent shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested by the customer.

GUARANTEES OF PURCHASE

Bon Vent is responsible for any defective product in accordance with law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantess in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the rights of consumers of repair, replacement, price reduction or rebate.

Can I request a TAX FREE rebate? Can I request an invoice?

If  you buy any item from Bon Vent and you are not resident in the European Union, you can request a rebate of the taxes charged on the product. Ask us more information and we will help you arrange it.

If you need an invoice for your order, please e-mail us your details or fill in the contact form. Remember to request it within three months of the date of your purchase.
